Why are your services priced higher than traditional salons?
The services I provide go beyond typical beauty treatments. I have received advanced training to work safely with clients who have chronic health conditions, such as diabetes or fungal infections, and those dealing with skin of color. These conditions require a personalized, more careful approach that ensures both safety and optimal results. My pricing reflects this specialized knowledge and the high level of care involved in each treatment. I offer specialized treatments that cater to individuals with specific health concerns, and these services require additional training, tools, and safety measures. For this reason, my pricing structure is designed to reflect the level of care involved. Please understand that while I am happy to offer services to all clients, my primary focus is on those with specific medical or skincare needs.
What kind of payment does Nail Doctor Unblemished accept?
We accept Cash, Debit, MasterCard, Visa, and HSA/FSA card. We are not a podiatrist. We do not accept insurance.
What can a pedicurist do for me?
A pedicurist can help keep your feet clean, remove calluses, and treat mild ingrown toenails.
How long does a pedicure last?
A pedicure can last 2–4 weeks, but this depends on how active you are and how often you use your feet.
What should I avoid doing to my feet at home?
Don't use a razor incorrectly, as it can cause infection or permanent damage. Don't round the edges of your toenails, as this can lead to ingrown toenails. Don't cut your cuticles, as they protect against bacteria. Don't leave moisture between your toes, as this can lead to athlete's foot or a fungal infection.
Do you do acrylic nails or nail enhancements?
As of right now, we do not offer acrylic nails or enhancements as our current business focus is on promoting the health and maintenance of feet and hands. However, it is a service we’re planning on providing in the future.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We book by appointments. This way we can allocate enough time to provide the comprehensive experience and quality you deserve.
Is physical touching allowed during interactions?
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all clients, we maintain a strict policy of no physical touching. We value personal space and boundaries, and this policy is in place to help everyone feel comfortable and secure during their time with us.
